Hello! I am Tammy Knopf L.Ac. I was a long time resident of Kill Devil Hills and am delighted to return to serve the Outer Banks community through the practice of Chinese Medicine.
In 2016 I left my career as a flight attendant to pursue my desire to study Acupuncture. I completed the four-year master’s program at Jung Tao School of Classical Chinese Medicine in 2020 and then became NC board certified. I practiced at Stillpoint Acupuncture for four years while my children finished school in Greensboro, NC. My vision was always to return to the Outer Banks, and I am elated to be bringing that vision to life.
In my practice at Yin Wood Acupuncture, I take time to listen and understand each person’s unique story and symptoms. It is through this process that I form a plan for treatment, and I utilize acupuncture as well as other Chinese medicine modalities to assist you in your healing.
